Common anti-counterfeiting printing technology
Reading:4030     Date:2017-11-24
Printing anti-counterfeiting technology is a comprehensive anti-counterfeiting technology, including anti-counterfeiting design plate, precision printing equipment and matching ink, paper and so on. Purely from the point of view of printing technology, printing anti-counterfeiting technology mainly includes: engraving plate making, using computer to design plate, gravure printing, rainbow printing, pattern docking, two-sided printing technology, multi-color wiring printing, multi-color overlay, microprinting technology, refractive latent image, stealth image and image confusion printing.

Here are some common anti-counterfeiting printing technologies:

First, relief plate pattern anti-counterfeiting technology.

Layout technology is a special technology that uses special means to make different special textures of the background color, text, pattern, image and other page components. It can not only play an anti-counterfeiting role, but also play a decorative role. It is an ideal technology for the design of certificates and coupons. Because it can not be repeated design, can not be scanned into the original map, can not be counterfeit.

Two, microfilm anti-counterfeiting technology

Miniature anti-counterfeiting printing technology adopts the most advanced digital image reproduction technology, its principle is to print patterns or words in a miniature way on the surface of the certificate, through magnifying glass images can be vividly reproduced;

Three, paper anti-counterfeiting

Paper is the material basis for printing various securities. Some special paper manufactured by special technology has anti-counterfeiting characteristics basically. The anti-counterfeiting technology used in special paper mainly includes: anti-counterfeiting paper as a new development in the field of anti-counterfeiting technology, its advantages are as follows. First, it makes holographic patterns directly on paper, removing the plastic information layer, so there is little possibility of being duplicated. Secondly, the pattern on the anti-counterfeiting paper can be designed and made according to the requirements of the merchants, producing different textures and different grams of paper (70g to 400g, such as copperplate paper, cardboard, cardboard), and it can also be like ordinary paper, and then offset printing, screen printing, etc., which is both reliable and convenient. Thirdly, the price of this kind of anti-counterfeiting paper is only slightly more expensive than the ordinary composite gold and silver card paper, only equivalent to one tenth of the price of the holographic anti-counterfeiting trademark, and saves the label labor costs, easy to be accepted by merchants. Fourthly, the products packed directly with this kind of laser anti-counterfeiting paper can not only play an anti-counterfeiting role, but also very beautiful. Fifthly, holographic paper will gradually replace laser holographic products containing plastic film because it can be weathered in the soil after being discarded and will not cause environmental pollution. At present, some manufacturers of tobacco, wine, cosmetics and food have begun to use laser holographic anti-counterfeiting paper, and achieved good economic benefits. It is expected that this new anti-counterfeiting packaging material will have a broad market.

Four, watermark paper

In the process of making watermarking paper, we can use technical means to put the required logo, patterns into paper. These patterns are not easy to see under normal circumstances. Only by facing the bright light can we see clearly. Most of the large denominations of RMB issued in our country are printed with watermarking paper. Watermarking is still recognized as an effective anti-counterfeiting technology by anti-counterfeiting experts all over the world in the era of advanced science and technology. It continues to be adopted and developed by all countries. Most of the country's banknotes, important international documents, facility drawings and various kinds of tickets are also printed on Watermarking paper. For example, in 1996, the new version of $100 paper used the "Fulanklin" head watermarking, China's large denomination of RMB paper produced in the "Tiananmen Gate", "Mao Zedong" and other watermark. Besides being used in currency paper, watermark has also been widely used in other ticket papers. The location of watermark in paper is fixed, unfixed and semi fixed. The production process of watermark paper was invented by an expert in papermaking in Italy in thirteenth Century. Because it combines design, sculpture, netting, papermaking and other complex process in the manufacturing process, it often makes the counterfeiters helpless. Checking watermark is also one of the most effective ways to identify true and false. Of course, it is not economical at this stage to use a large number of watermarking anti-counterfeiting in packaging. A special material is used to develop an ink to print the imitation watermark on common copperplate paper, which is very similar to the effect of watermarking.

Five, anti-counterfeiting additives

The so-called anti-counterfeiting additive is a special additive made by adding special anti-counterfeiting materials into ink binder and processing by special technology. The development and application of anti counterfeit additives in China can be divided into 10 categories. The specific implementation mainly uses special coating machine or other equipment to add anti-counterfeiting additives to the ticket, product trademark and packaging paper layer. This kind of anti-counterfeiting technology is characterized by simple implementation, low cost, good concealment, bright colors, convenient testing (even hand temperature can change color), and strong reproducibility. It is the preferred anti-counterfeiting technology for banknotes, tickets and trademarks in various countries.

1. Ultraviolet fluorescence anti-counterfeiting technology can emit special ink with visible light (400-800 nm) under ultraviolet light (200-400 nm). According to the wavelength of excitation light source, it can be divided into short-wave ultraviolet excitation fluorescence anti-counterfeiting printing ink (excitation wavelength 254 nm) and long-wave ultraviolet laser fluorescence anti-counterfeiting printing ink (excitation wavelength 365 nm). According to whether the ink has color, it can be divided into two types: colored fluorescent ink and colorless fluorescent ink. There are mainly three types of fluorescent materials commonly used. First, organic fluorescent materials are unsaturated molecules with large conjugates, mostly excited by sunlight, used for decoration with obvious color, poor fluorescence stability, easy oxidation and decomposition; second, inorganic fluorescent materials synthesized by high temperature, is used for fluorescent screens, fluorescent lamps, luminescent materials, with good radiation resistance, high stability, but in oil
